An open and multidisciplinary initiative
Aura NGO, together with its community and in collaboration with the La Teppe Institute, is conducting research to advance our understanding of epilepsy and better help patients. This work pursues different goals, such as the development and evaluation of real-life seizure detection and forecasting systems, the identification of temporal cycles of seizures per patient, and the evaluation of the acceptability of connected devices for patients.
Several clinical studies are underway and the results will be updated on this page as our work progresses. We also develop software libraries and architecture bricks when needed.
All of our work is open and freely available via open source code, or scientific publications.
